CERTIFIED FACILITATOR: JILL UNDERHILL
Jill Underhill is an RYT 200 and a mom to two teen boys, who has been practicing yoga since 1990, and teaching since 2005. Her clear explanations, and a willingness to meet people where they are, have led her to specialize in mixed level classes and classes for beginners. Drawing empathy from her own struggle with bulimia in the 1980s ‒ through which Jill discovered yoga to be the most effective tool for managing disordered eating, anxiety and depression ‒ she is passionate about sharing this rich opportunity for healing with others.
