Facilitation is an incredible experience; leading others through a process of self-discovery, learning to love their bodies, and developing a healthy relationship with food has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my career as a psychologist. To see each group member take something special and find the healing they were looking for has been more powerful than I could ever have imagined.
