How We Work:

In Schools and Universities

Our school programs are designed to prevent eating disorders before they start. Offered as an educational course in schools and universities, our programs empower young people with tools and practices for mindful eating, emotional resilience, and self-esteem. They also help foster peer groups that support mental health, rather than bullying and other destructive behaviors.

In the Community

Our community programs are designed to help all people build a healthier relationship with food, body, and self. Offered in yoga studios and community centers around the world, these programs support people with non-clinical eating disorder struggles build skills for mindful eating, emotional wellbeing, and self-compassion.

In Treatment Centers

Our clinical programs are designed to help people recover from eating disorders. Offered in treatment centers as a complement to traditional forms of treatment, these programs teach vital skills for long-term recovery. Led by trained clinicians as part of an integrated treatment program, each course includes therapeutic yoga, breathing practices, meditations, and support groups.

This program has played a huge role in changing my life for the better. I can proudly say I am walking away with what I hope to be lifelong friends. If you are searching for ways to be in tune with your body and show it the love and respect it deserves, so that in turn your body can do the same for you... then join your local Eat Breathe Thrive program.
