Our Community Program
The Eat Breathe Thrive Community Program is for everyone! These programs are offered to men and women in yoga studios, corporate settings, and community centers all around the world. This program helps people help one another transform their relationship with food, their bodies, and themselves. The program itself includes yoga, meditation, and exercises designed to support mindful eating, emotional wellbeing, and self-compassion.
Our School Program
The Eat Breathe Thrive School Program is for teens and young adults. These programs are offered in schools and universities to prevent eating disorders and support mental health. School programs are designed to foster peer groups that support mental health, rather than bullying and other destructive behaviors. The program itself includes yoga, meditation, and exercises designed to empower young people with tools and practices for mindful eating, emotional resilience, and self-esteem.
Our Clinical Program
The Eat Breathe Thrive Clinical Program is designed to help people overcome eating disorders. Offered in treatment centers as a complement to traditional forms of treatment, the program teaches vital skills for long-term recovery and helps treatment stick. Each program includes therapeutic yoga, breathing practices, meditations, and group discussion.
