Hands on Connection: A Person-Centered Approach to the Use of Touch as a Yoga Teacher

In this training, we’ll explore the role of touch in yoga and other mindful movement practices. We’ll explore scientific research on the benefits of touch; how cultural, gender, and psychological factors affect students’ experience of touch; and best practices for incorporating touch in mindful movement practices.
