Eating disorders have the highest mortality rate of any mental illness.

Our mission

Our mission is to prevent and help people recover from eating disorders. We combine yoga, psychoeducation, and peer support to ‘help people help one another’ on the path to recovery

Our vision

Our vision is for all people to have access to the resources they need to recover, and thus be able to more meaningfully contribute to themselves, their loved ones, and their communities.

WHY WE DO THIS WORK

As a community of people with lived experience of eating disorders, we know recovery is possible. For many of us, yoga helps build critical skills in recovery — including mindful eating, emotional resilience, and positive embodiment. We exist to ensure all people have access the the resources they need to recover.
