Our Mission

Prevent and help people recover from eating disorders

Our Story

Founded in 2013, Eat Breathe Thrive began as a deeply personal mission. After nearly losing her life to anorexia, our founder Chelsea Roff set out to create the support she wished she’d had. What started as a grassroots project grew into an international nonprofit organization.

Our vision is for all people with eating disorders to have access to the resources they need to recovery, so they can more meaningfully contribute to themselves, their loved ones, and their communities.
