An online training to help you integrate embodiment practices into eating disorder prevention and treatment.

This training is designed for professionals in the yoga and mental health fields who want to deepen their knowledge and expand their skills in embodiment and eating disorders.

You’ll learn four key embodied skills to eating disorder prevention and recovery, as well as yoga and mindfulness practices to help all your clients eat mindfully, connect with their bodies, and feel more at ease in themselves.

Embodied Skills for Eating Disorders

Explore four key embodiment skills shown to prevent and help people recover from eating disorders and disordered eating.

Mindful Eating Meditation

Discover how interoceptive practices can help your clients move from cycles of restricting and binge cycles to intuitive eating.

Yoga for Eating Disorders

Learn safe, trauma-informed mindful movement practices that support body appreciation, emotional wellbeing, and interoception.

Emotional Resilience & Regulation

Explore simple yet profound practices to help your clients process and soothe distress, shame, and anxiety in the body.  

This training serves as the first part of the Eat Breathe Thrive Practitioner Certification Pathway.

This training is made up of a mixture of live and pre-recorded content.

Live sessions will take place via Zoom, Friday June 5th through Sunday June 7th, 2026, from 11:00 AM–3:00 PM EST (New York) / 4:00-8:00 PM GMT (London).
