Yoga for Eating Disorder Recovery is a four-week group course for people in recovery from eating disorders. You’ll meet once a week for two hours in a small group. Sessions combine experiential activities, group discussion, and embodied practices such as yoga, breathwork, and meditation.
Learn and Practice Skills
You’ll explore embodied practices that can support mindful eating, emotional regulation, and awareness of bodily cues.
Connect with Others
You’ll meet with others who are also in recovery, with space for shared discussion, reflection, and peer support.
Practice Yoga and Meditation
Each session includes a short yoga and meditation practice. Practices are gentle and adaptable, with an emphasis on noticing what’s happening in your body rather than physical performance.
