  • Step 2: Place it

    Put stickers or bookmarks where diet culture shows up—bookstores, bathrooms, gyms, grocery stores, libraries.

  • Step 3: Share it

    Take one photo and post it. Use hashtag #RecoveryWasHere and tag us @eatbreathethrive.

Each kit includes:

  • 10 bold, recovery-focused stickers

  • 10 bookmarks to leave inside books or public spaces

  • 8 postcards to leave someone a recovery note

  • A QR code connecting people to support and resources
