Tracey O’Brien

Tracey O’Brien is a yoga teacher and group facilitator with over three decades of experience supporting children, teens, and families in community and educational settings. With a background in social care and a deep commitment to collective healing, she creates inclusive, nurturing spaces where people can reconnect with their strength, creativity, and sense of purpose.

She holds a BA (Hons) in Social Care and has completed advanced training in Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, and Yoga for Bone Health. She is also certified in cognitive behavioural therapy, holistic massage, and multicultural wellness practices, and she serves as a tutor in Capacitar methods. Tracey completed facilitator training with Eat Breathe Thrive and brings a trauma-informed, heart-centered approach to her work.

Inspired by the teachings of Arielle Schwartz, Tara Brach, and Irish writer John O’Donohue, Tracey is passionate about weaving together movement, mindfulness, and social justice. She is a single mother of three and endeavors to be an active voice in solidarity campaigns.
