Virtual Campfire Social Events

Meaningful conversations between strangers about the human experience

At Eat Breathe Thrive, everything we do centers around a diverse, welcoming community of people impacted by mental illness.

Once a month, we host a 90-minute “virtual campfire” where our community gathers for meaningful conversations about mental health and the human experience. Guided by a three-round menu of thought-provoking questions, participants connect in small groups to explore new ideas and perspectives. It’s a powerful way to meet others and engage in honest, heart-centered dialogue.

“This event was hosted with such skill, honesty and compassion. I felt able to share deeply, had some interesting conversations, shared a virtual hug, and enjoyed humour and levity as well as coming close to tears. I learnt about myself as well as getting to know, in a small but significant way, a number of ‘strangers.’”
