Certification Level 3
Eat Breathe Thrive Practitioner Training
Train to lead embodiment-based group programs for individuals in active eating disorder recovery.
The Practitioner Training builds on the Level 2 Facilitator Training and prepares professionals to support individuals with higher-acuity eating disorders. Through real session observation, individual supervision, and hands-on practice, you'll gain the skills to deliver a four-week group intervention focused on body awareness, emotional regulation, and social connection—proven to reduce eating disorder symptoms, anxiety, and depression in severe cases.
Research-Backed Intervention
The Eat Breathe Thrive for Recovery (EBT-R) intervention is supported by growing research, including a recent randomized controlled trial with 277 participants across 27 countries, most with severe, longstanding eating disorders. Despite their histories, participants saw significant reductions in symptoms, anxiety, and depression within four weeks, with many continuing to improve at follow-up. These results highlight EBT-R as a powerful complement to clinical treatment, especially for those unresponsive to traditional approaches.
