"I thought I would never ever be able to attend an online course with people I don't know, let alone talk about private/personal things. I'm so grateful for this experience. I felt so isolated and ashamed and alone with my disordered eating, so it was beyond beautiful to meet people that can relate."

The most memorable part of the course was the kind and sensitive nature of the group leader and the way she spoke about the delicate topic felt wonderfully supportive 🤗 also, the opportunity connect with other participants was profoundly helpful 😍

This was a rich sharing community. It was so much more than just yoga! I have a better understanding now of the body mind connection and how it affects me. I also have some tools and work arounds to USE. It was good to be with others and share experiences.
