This live and interactive online course integrates yoga and experiential activities to help you eat mindfully, build resilience, and feel better about your body.

Connect with a small group of peers as you explore activities and practices designed to support mental, physical, and emotional wellness.

Yoga for Every Body

Each session of the course includes a short yoga and meditation practice, designed specifically to support recovery, body awareness, emotional wellbeing, and physical vitality.

Evidence-Based Approach

Learn practical tools from neuroscience, psychology, and the yoga tradition that can help you build skills for mindful eating, emotional resilience, and positive embodiment.

We will meet via Zoom on Mondays, July 7th through August 25th 2025, from 5:00-7:00 PM PDT / 8:00-10:00 PM EDT (New York) / 1:00-3:00 AM BST (London).

Cost

Early bird rate of $75 until June 30th
$99 thereafter
