Eat Breathe Thrive is a seven-week group course for people interested in developing a healthier relationship with food, body, and emotions. Each weekly session lasts two hours and combines experiential activities, group discussion, and embodied practices such as yoga and meditation.
Learn and Practice Skills
Over the seven weeks, you’ll explore four core skills from the Eat Breathe Thrive model: functional action, inner awareness, embodied intimacy, and self-regulation. Sessions focus on how to use these skills in your everyday experiences with food, body, emotions, and relationships.
Connect with Others
You will be part of a small group that meets weekly to learn and practice skills together. Sessions include guided discussion and time for shared reflection.
Practice Yoga and Meditation
Each session includes gentle yoga, breathing, and meditation practices. These are designed to be accessible and adaptable, with an emphasis on noticing internal experience rather than physical performance.
