Join us for yoga, conversation, and connection. Brought to you by two leading nonprofit organizations working to help people recover from eating disorders.

Once a quarter, we bring together a global community of people in recovery to talk about the things that matter most in our recovery journeys. Best of all, we also make time to embody our insights in a yoga practice. Hosted in partnership with our friends at ANAD, this event is free and open to all people in recovery from eating disorders.
